HISTORY
New Build Creatives Resources is the brainchild of Oliver Kinzonzi, a corporate and hip-hop enthusiast.

Oliver conducts successful hip hop concerts and performances at universities. Trevor Blackman sees his potential and advises that he raise money to teach his skills.

Oliver witnessed the rise of music in London and envisioned a genuine British scene that could bloom in the future years and launch numerous talents. He intends to start his own music label focused on English/hip-hop.

Because no bank would validate his concept, so Oliver had to look for alternative funding sources. In the early 2000s, he noticed that his vision had come true, and that UK hip-hop was thriving.

He met rapper Prince ‘Rapid’, and they came up with the idea of a music label that would also serve as a training center for unemployed youths in the creative industries of music and business. They discovered Ruff Squad Entertainment, with Prince as the producer.

The name was changed to “New Build Creatives Resources” in order to give the business a more corporate feel. Currently, the organization has supported and engaged in the professional development of over 100 students.
